Platform Custodian continuously scans platform state against the compliance and operational baseline — FIPS settings, STIG Kyverno policies, certificate expiry, secret rotation schedules. When drift is detected, it remediates automatically: re-applies a drifted policy, rotates an expiring certificate, scales a degraded node group. Findings that require human decision surface as prioritized alerts in Ground Control. The result: fewer 3am pages, faster ATO evidence, and a platform that stays healthy between operator logins.
